Description

This course is for those at high risk of suffering an anaphylactic reaction, or those that work in high-risk areas e.g. working around bees and wasps.

The course covers the identification of Anaphylaxis and it's emergency treatment through the use of adrenaline in a glass vial plus needle and syringe.

Prerequisites

The below prerequisite certifications must be current:

Comprehensive First Aid - Unit standards 6400, 6401, 6402 

or

Basic First Aid - Unit Standards 6401, 6402

or
